It appears to be a constant that smaller businesses care more about their customer's needs than the larger ones. Odyssey Beard Co again adds to this claim. I have never received a bad product from Odyssey and the customer service is always on point. I have had products from the larger local businesses and have been repeatedly disappointed with results, support and even scents/ flavours. This is never the case with Odyssey's products. Just the general feel of my beard has improved using their product, as well as halting skin rashes and itching. The bonus is that they smell great! I purchased beard shampoo and beard oil as a package and they arrived swiftly and were exactly what I needed.
