Refunds and Returns
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective.
- Is unsafe.
- Is not as described or does not match the sample or description.
- Is not fit for its intended purpose.
If you believe your item meets these criteria, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases as our beard care products cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a faulty product or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a refund or return, please email us at hello@odysseybeardco.com.au with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please ensure your return is packaged safely so that it arrives to us in it’s original condition and in it’s original packaging.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned items. The timeframe in which the refund appears back into your bank account may vary between banking institutions and is not within our control.
