Shipping Schedule
We get it—waiting for a package is tough! That’s why we work hard to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland and National public holidays.
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement on business days. If you place your order before noon, we’ll do our absolute best to get it shipped out the same day!

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Complimentary Home Delivery Service
We are based on the Redcliffe Peninsula in the beautiful Moreton Bay region of Queensland. If you are also based on the Redcliffe Peninsula, you are eligible for our complimentary home delivery service. If your address is within our delivery zone, this will automatically appear as an option during your checkout. If you're unsure, please contact us to discuss further.
Important Information
· Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
· If an order is returned to us for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
· Please contact us if your package becomes lost or arrives damaged and we will assist you in resolving the matter. If your package arrives damaged, please take a number of clear photographs of the package from multiple angles.
· Australia Post delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please check the Australia Post website for the average shipping times for your area.
