Our Barbershop Beard Butter is a clean, fresh masculine cologne scent, containing notes of vetiver, pine, lemon and bergamot.
These delicious Beard Butters are the ULTIMATE moisturising tool for your beard. It's like a leave-in conditioner that is jam packed with natural butters and oils.
The best time to apply your Beard Butter is at night after your shower, to a towel dried beard. A little goes a long way with this product, so scoop out a small amount that's relevant to the length of your beard and emulsify between your fingers. Then apply to your beard.
Please note that due to the ingredients of our butters, they are prone to melting in warm conditions. We recommend storing your beard butter in a cool, dark place such as a cupboard if your bathroom receives direct sunlight. During summer, many of our customers even choose to keep their butter in the fridge.

Viking is a tribute to the fearless spirit of the Norseman. It is warm and woody with the perfect balance of oudh wood, bergamot, cedarwood and patchouli.
1. START WITH A CLEAN BEARD
Your beard should be clean, towel-dried but still slightly damp from water or after a shower (but not too wet or the beard oil won’t stick). Begin by applying a few drops into the palm of your hand. We recommend around 3-6 drops, depending on the length of your beard. If you're a beginner, less is more and as you familiarise yourself with the process, you’ll eventually get a good idea of how much you need.
2. APPLY TO THE SKIN FIRST
Rub your hands together to spread the product evenly, then run them through the beard. First, you want to press the beard oil into the skin to ensure it moisturises the roots of your beard and the skin surrounding it.
3. APPLY TO THE BEARD
Once you’ve applied to the roots and skin, start applying directly to the beard. Start with sides of the beard and work your way down by moving your hands in a downward swipe motion. Brush your hands down the front in the same downward swipe motion. Then brush your hands upwards from the neck to get the bottom of the beard too.
4. FINISH WITH A COMB
To finish, use a timber comb or boar bristle brush to evenly distribute the beard oil throughout the beard until soft and conditioned.

Grabbed the Viking Beard Oil and Beard Butter, both excellent products. The Beard Butter is most probably the best I’ve used, scent is just right, lasts all day without being overpowering. The quality of the Beard Butter is first rate, smooth and not not greasy. All in all an excellent product that I’ll definitely buy again.

Odyssey Beard Co is my go to for anything I need to keep my beard looking and feeling healthy. I've recently gone over to the unscented butter so it doesn't clash with my daily cologne. It's so creamy and literally melts into your beard keeping it hydrated throughout the day and softens the skin underneath stopping that occasional itch. It's even stopped my bearduff.
